Riot Games have released a cinematic trailer for Ekko, the next champion to join League of Legends. In the fight shown in the video Ekko uses some kind of time manipulation, something that is very tricky to implement in a multiplayer game.

The trailer doesn't show any gameplay but it gives us a lot of ides to speculate on. It seems that damage Ekko takes before the use of his time rewind will remain, so the players will probably use the power to escape unwinnable situations instead of regaining lost health. It will be interesting to see how Riot design this ability.
