As you suggested that you would "getting the f**k sued out of me," the question becomes why would anyone risk their whole future to deliever a second hand rumor, with no solid reference. Thus, this rumor is false.

Pretty much, yeah. Bethesda will be busy with supporting Skyrim and its DLC packs for a while and they're not exactly known for multiplayer games anyway. They probably went into this lawsuit to cement their control of the franchise and not because they're eager to make MMOs anytime soon, but we'll have to wait and see.
