It's too ugly, even default HUD is better than this. It's bright and big, too distracting. I can't believe they released this crap, people gave millions to Valve and this is what they get x_x

i didn't got it -
You can have it by paying 10 dollars to valve (buy a compendium), you also get a courier that will evolve, 85 days Battle Bonus, A hero taunt, item drop chance while watching the live matches. But Compendium is NOT a ticket, you can watch matches for free in Dota.
