Is Valve Leaking DotA 2 Info Over Voice Actors
In case DotA 2 leaks are done directly by Valve, we can confirm that they had a huge impact on the gaming population.
As it seems, one of the most popular PC developers and publishers, Valve, is doing a subtle way of marketing for their upcoming DotA 2 video game via voice actors.
Raising hype among gamers via internal leaks is one of the most powerfull weapons in Video Games Industry especially after you realize that it is costless.
As we wrote earlier, one of the voice actors named John Patrick Lowrie said: 'I voiced a guy named Pudge … and a guy named Storm Spirit that everybody at Valve really enjoys playing and two other characters that I just don’t remember. I think that they’re planning on releasing it in the fall. I think they’re finishing it up. Of course, I could be wrong, I’m just the hired help, but I believe that’s what they told me.'
Now an extremely popular voice actor, Jon St. John, a legend that gave his voice to Duke Nukem added: 'Had a great time in Seattle last week recording for DotA. The guys at Valve Software are awesome!'
Valve is most likely doing this to raise the hype prior Gamescom. A side of this fact, if you recall that DotA 2 tournament will be played on Gamescom, you can easily realize that the game could be in the polishing phase, far away from beta.
