MLG & GSL Create League Exchange Program
Major League Gaming (MLG) and the Global StarCraft League (GSL) have announced the formation of a groundbreaking League Exchange Program.
The League Exchange Program will allow the best players from MLG and GSL to compete in their respective tournaments through direct seeding and all expenses paid travel accommodations.
From this exchange program, the highest placing player at each MLG Pro Circuit stop will be automatically seeded into GSL's Code S competition. As such, this League Exchange Program will mark the first time in history a player will be able to directly qualify into Code S based solely on results from an outside tournament.

In addition to official MLG Korean invites, the Cyber-Sports Network (CSN) will send the winner of their Korean Clash of the Houses competition to MLG Columbus to battle his way through the MLG Open Bracket.
MLG Columbus will take place June 3rd-5th at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. With this announcement of the League Exchange Program, MLG has gone ahead and released the names of the four invited Korean pro players:

According to the press release, the full MLG Columbus player list will be released Tuesday, May 17th. In a corresponding move to this anouncement, MLG has released details concerning changes to the StarCraft 2 competition format for MLG Columbus as well as the rest of the events on the 2011 MLG Pro Circuit. Without a doubt, this League Exchange Program has raised the bar for competition at MLG Pro Circuit events and only has hightened the anticipation for upcoming MLG Columbus event.
